- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at contact@aspirational.in within 5 days of receiving the item.
- Catering to the hygiene standards for our products; all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and would be further approved/declined for exchange.
- We reserve the right to not accept a return if
- 1) The product/s are returned after use
- 2) The products are damaged
- The exchange once confirmed has to be shipped by the customer with the tracking ID sent to us on contact@aspirational.in on the same email thread.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days.
- If you have received a defective product, share images at contact@aspirational.in and we will get back to you within 24 hours
- Exchange can be done on the same product for the size only once.
- Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be in stock. If the size you need is not available, we will issue you a store credit. The store credit is valid till 1 month from the date of issue.
